CHILD SAFETY REGULATIONS - WARNING - Young children can be strangled by loops in pull cords or chains that traditionally operate vertical blind rails. To eliminate this risk we recommend that you choose the WAND controlled blind rails - see related products below. We are still able to supply the traditional cord and chain operated rails, if you choose this system please see ensure your have read and understood the blind safety advice on the tab and leaflet above.
How to order your narrow bodied vertical blind headrails
Width of blind. Measure your blind rail from one side to the other side. This is the EXACT headrail width. Measurements can be in feet & inches or mm, please state which one you are using.
The length of cord & chain - this can be 500mm, 750mm or 1 metre long . Where a cord/chain operated rail is chosen we also supply a cord and chain safety device which MUST be fitted to secure the cords and chains to the wall
The size of your slats, either 89mm (3.5") or 5" (127mm)
Colour of rail, White
Controls side, either on the left or right (as you look out of the window)
Draw, All the slats to the left, all the slats to the right or split (half to each side)
Width of rail, put in the box, the exact width of the rail you want.
Drop of chain & cord, from the top of the headrail, to where you want the end of the controls.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - FOR RAILS SUPPLIED WITH CORD/CHAIN CONTROL - to comply with child safety regulations and avoid the risk of strangulation
For most replacement blind rails the maximum length we can make the cord/chain controls will be 1 metre (39"), please let us know if you require the controls to be shorter than this.
Controls can NOT be made longer unless the rail is to be fitted at a height of over 2.5m - if this is the case,or you have any queries please contact us before ordering for advice.

Brackets, comes with top fix brackets (Face fit are available, please ask)
All rails are made to order from larger wholesale stock, and we make them to the size you give us (tolerance +/- 3mm)
