Delivery Information

Orders for parts received before 14:00 will be sent out the same day wherever possible, subject to availability. Orders received after this time are likely to be sent out the next working day. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Certain motorised blind items have an extended handling time of up to three working days, please refer to the description of the individual item.

Made to measure orders will be dispatched once the goods have been made, which can take up to six working days. 

Delivery Options

You can choose which postage & packaging option you would like at the checkout, however as we sell many different items of varying size and weight, both stock and made to measure items, there are some restrictions on the options.

Please bear in mind that delivery times will be affected if there is ongoing industrial action.

Economy (3-5 Working Days) - Free delivery option without tracking details on orders over £5. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (equivalent to Second Class Post).
Economy Tracked (3-5 Working Days) -  Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (equivalent to Second Class Post), with tracking details.
Priority (1-2 Working Days) -This is the equivalent of First Class post (not guaranteed within 24 hours) without tracking details.
Priority Tracked (1-2 Working Days)-  This is the equivalent of First Class post (not guaranteed within 24 hours) with tracking details.
Next Day Tracked (Next Working Day) - Arrives on the next working day. Not Guaranteed. (Excluding bank holidays and Weekends)
Oversized Delivery - Delivery for large orders (Over 90cm long) to Mainland England, Wales and Lowlands of Scotland. As most large orders are made-to-measure, there is no guarantee of same-day dispatch.
