Really pleased with this, they came on time and just swapped over so easily. Only fiddly bit was just making sure the internal square bar was completely aligned with the square hole inside the cap as you slid it onto the end. Simple easy repair.

The product is as described and arrived promptly. Customer service was very helpful in answering my question regarding chain length.My only problem with it was that, having requested a custom length chain, it was impossible to order the sidewinder without a chain. I have therefore paid for two chains for each sidewinder ordered ( a standard length one and a custom made one). The ordering system needs to be tweaked to enable the replacement of a standard length chain with a customised one if required.

It is a great price for the quality and ease of use. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to make a homemade blind
