These wide-bodied Cord Drivers are to fit the 40mm wide rail (Wide-bodied rail)
They fit onto the 40mm Trucks/Carriers. Just remove the wheels and the cord drive clips onto the truck/carrier. The cord clamp is screwed down to hold everything in place.
